This weekend is THE PERFECT
opportunity to learn from a Cricut Pro! Charis Young is going to be our special
guest this weekend. She has been using Cricut since its initial release in
2006. Charis has taught classes on the Cricut machines from the Original “Baby
Bug” Cricut through Explore/Design Space. Here’s your chance to learn how to
use your Explore & Design Space to its fullest extent. And, to top it off,
Charis will be here for the Saturday evening crop, as well.
Dates – Saturday, January 23-Sunday, January 24
Cost - $90
before 1/13/16 ($100 after 1/13/16)

5 classes for the Explore & Design Space!
v We’ve done the math for you! If you take all 5
classes, that breaks down to $18 per class! Save $7/class
v A crop from 7p-midnight on Saturday & a short,
2-hour crop on Sunday from 3-5.
Access to Charis for the whole weekend!

SATURDAY
Introduction To Explore Saturday, 11:00p-12:30p
This class is designed for the Explorer that hasn’t had
the opportunity to play with her Explore, yet. As a matter of fact, it’s not
even been taken out of its box! We will go through the setup of your new
machine, open your account, & make the project that comes with your machine.
If you’ve already done this, please don’t
feel like you need to attend this class.
What do I need?
v Your machine (even if it’s still in the box)
v Your laptop or Apple devise
Learning The Explore, Part A Saturday, 1:30p-3:00p
Part A is all about learning what your machine can do. We
will talk about each of the basic things you need to know to effectively use
your machine. We won’t go in too deep on this one. I will answer your questions
& we will try things out.
What do I need?
v Your laptop or Apple devise
Learning The Explore, Part B Saturday, 5:00p-6:30p
In Part B we will delve a little further into Design
Space! We will talk about the more advanced features & things you can do
with your Explore. I will answer your questions & we will try things out.
What do I need?

Crop The Night Away Saturday,
7:00-Midnight
Grab a bite to eat then join the cropping fun! Charis
will be here doing some cropping of her own & she will also be available to
answer questions & offer help.
SUNDAY
Finally! In this class, we will design & CUT a single
page, 12x12 layout that will be perfect for any kind of celebration! Using the
things we learned about in Part A, we will put our knowledge into practice.
What do I need?
v Your laptop or Apple devise
v Your Explore
v Some coordinating solid & patterned cardstock
(anything you have in your stash)
Advanced Designing With Explore Sunday, 1:30p-3:00p
Last but certainly not least we will play with some of
the more advanced features available on Design Space! By making several small
“Make & Take” projects, we will “explore” the more advanced features we
learned about in Part B! From Print-Then-Cut to cutting different materials,
you will finish strong & fully confident in your machine.

(anything you have in your stash)
v A washed out soda can from the weekend
To Crop It All Off Sunday,
3:00p-5:00p
A final 2-hour crush to be sure that you feel comfortable
with your machine & try some of the last few things that you learned that
day.
